Girding Your Loins, the Creator's Secret of Eternal Youth

To open the door at the crown of your head, raise your hands level with your eyes and ears, palms turned inward. Inhale deeply three times at least, seven if you feel you need to, and ask for Light to move in and go forth, clearing the way before you.

Mentally pull the magnetic currents up to your sternum, while pulling in the abdominal muscles and holding them tight. This forms a sheath of magnetic currents over your diaphragm and abdomen that is impervious to cross-vibrations or to evil influence.

Breathe deeply three times again, then say, "Let there be Light!" Thus, you stand as a creator god, surrendered but protected, and the sacred fire of Spirit from above can use you.

Use this technique when you want to conquer some selfish trait, self-pity, for example. Hold an executive session with self and give it your orders to do its job, period. Do this also whenever you are in danger of crashing in consciousness due to some negative emotional storm. You can also use this method of treatment to open spiritual seeing and hearing and to eliminate illness.

You can declare that others gird their loins, too: "Let this magnetic current reach out and sheath Name from cross-vibrations, the darts of evil, wickedness and the world."

Gird your loins before speaking; take a deep breath and tighten your abdominal muscles. Then pour out love as you speak the Word, while firmly holding the reins for Power to use you. – Edna Lister, February 16, 1951.

To gird the loins, place a band of Light around the lower abdomen, the Land of Egypt, to include the sacrum nerve plexus at the base of the spine. This band of Light is truth, the name of all fundamental principles. It upholds the liver, spleen and gallbladder. The liver represents sincerity, the spleen patience, and the gall bladder symbolizes unity. Bile, the gall bladder secretion, consists of many waste toxins the body can form from food, fatigue and negative emotional and mental states. Symbolically, bile represents the poison of untruths. Only truth, a blend of all principles, can mix it into a beneficent all-healing product.
