Declarations for Ascension

  Edna Lister often "prescribed" spoken Word declarations as self-treatment to change your habits, patterns of speech, idle words, and negative thinking, for healing and as an adjunct to prayer. She also recommended the use of spoken Word declarations as a form of "broadcasting" prayer for others, provided that no self or personal will tainted the declarations, and that each declaration opened with the word, "let" to legalize it in terms of divine law.

  “Father, I accept. Please cleanse my heart and soul of all hurt, anger and resentment. Let my prayers cover this.”
  “Father, I accept this (whatever it is) as something to work out and up from into greater knowledge, illumination and almighty strength.”
  “I now name as mine everything that the world repudiates, and I give it to the Father.”
  “I accept. I am ready. Send me forth, Father!”
  “I accept. I observe. I surrender to see, hear and to receive all answers, all the time, always!”
  “I accept everything that comes to me as my own to love, to lift, to make into Light, to conquer, to learn my needed earth lessons forever. I am responsible to God, my Father, for lifting all that comes to me. I observe constantly so that I may never miss an opportunity to lift the lines to uncover darkness, and to cover the transgressions of others. I observe constantly to be responsible for lifting all that goes on about me, so that my place shall be Light, now and forever.”
  “I am. I can. I do. I arise. I ascend and worship thee, Father. Let there be Light. I accept. This is good. I surrender to be the servant of all the Power. I accept full responsibility to lift all that comes to me.”
  “I am divine will and desire, mated in the Christ, led by imagination and spurred on by determination that I am now expressing God's will and desire for me.”

  “Father, I reach out now with arms of Light and gather together all my scattered, misused or unwisely invested soul substance of thoughts, words, deeds and actions, resentments, criticisms, and idle words. I lift them unto Thee for cleansing and purification on Thy high altars of fire. Let it draw all taints in to be purified, consumed, and let it made into Light and returned to me as new creative soul substance to be invested in Thy perfect works.”
  Instead of saying, “I am doing better,” declare, “I am climbing. I have climbed. I am up. I start each day afresh, anew, and higher.”
  “I arise and ascend into my Father’s House.”
  “Father, while you’re cleansing me, please fill me with Your Power to hold and ascend my soul.”
  “I am an ascended soul. I ascend on joy.”
  “I am free, protected, held, and ascending.”

“I now ascend to my Father’s house and remain in the Light while I let Love, Light and Law use me here below.”

“Thank You, Father, that this year is a glory unto Thee, each day ascended unto Thee, each hour magnifying Thee on earth.”
  “I arise, I ascend, I move into the House of the Lord. I stand under the Light. I wait upon the Lord while I work out my salvation here below.”
  “I now arise and go into my Father’s House. I enter the Room of Light that my Father created for me in the beginning. I now ascend from the depths of self to become the servant of all Power. I now ascend from the pit of self to become the servant of all Light. I am Light, which is my platform, my state of being.”
  “If I do not grow constantly with every Holy Breath, then I am self-satisfied in my present place. I pause only long enough to gaze at the beauty ahead, then push on to greater Glory.”
  Before bed, raise your hands and say, “A circle of Light surrounds me,” to inflate your aura, which will serve to nurture and sustain your physical body through the night.
  When you say to your soul in the morning, “Come into your body. Let there be Light. Move in and possess me,” you inflate the atoms of your mental body. This aligns the mental with the desire body and they fully inhabit the physical.
  “Let me be aware, so that I miss no detail ever again.”
  “I am always alive and alert to pay thoughtful attention to all that I do. With understanding certainty, I find the work I love to do. A thousand channels work unceasingly for my good, to lead me to it. Inspiration and enthusiasm fire my whole being. My mind receives constantly with complete integrity, produces vital ideas, and I execute them with perfect right action.”
  “I must attain a higher point of contemplative receptivity to fully comprehend how to apply the Laws to every detail of my life, especially in my relationships. I am too big for lack of appreciation or inattention under the surface. I must have a line up to each of my Oversoul faculties to be conscious of what I am doing every moment of every hour and, while finishing one detail or task, to be aware of my next step. I can avoid losing my vision only by this awareness. This one thing I do now. I, Name, a Child of God, am now determined to hear every word and make it as important in my life as if I were listening for a million-dollar prize notice.”
  “Name, move into your body now to take charge and possess your vehicle to be alive, alert and aware with a true desire to live.”
  “I remember that there is but one Mind Universal used by Christ Jesus, which now flows through me and is all-knowing. The Power of the Living God keeps every cell of His divine bodies alive and alert with His life. I now let Him vitalize and quicken every brain cell He has given me to use on earth. Every memory cell is now alive and alert with the life of God. I now move up where the glory of the living God moves through me giving me complete God consciousness every moment of my life. I now move up in my room of Light and stand poised, powerful and divine.”
  “Father, I am doing all you have given me above to ascend this surrendered body. I accept full responsibility to lift and to declare others alert and alive.”
  “I am alive, alight, glowing, alert with the Life of God.”
  “I remember there is but one Mind, the Mind Universal used by Christ Jesus that now flows through me and is all knowing. The Power of the Living God keeps every cell of His divine bodies alive and alert with His life. I now let Him vitalize and quicken every brain cell He has given me to use on earth.   “Let Light go forth to create beauty all over earth.”
  “Cleanse all this blame, and make the words on my lips pay dividends to you, Father.”
  At the first hint of self-blame, stop, move up and declare, “This is good. This is God’s way for me. I am doing God’s perfect work for me now, His way, according to His will.” Erase an old pattern with new ideas and statements.
  “Let the Power, oh God, go forth from the Sources Almighty to cover the whole of earth with glory. Let the glory of this highest Source blanket every place where love abounds, and every spot of darkness made by men in their hate. Let buildings be coned. Let the sons of Ishmael be surrounded with such glory that they become powerless to move, to act, but stand until the Power and the Glory of God cleanses them. Let hands of Light cover the lips of all those who curse, and let their curses be changed into blessings. Open the eyes, oh God above, of everyone who prays, who seeks thee, who is in devotion to the Father.”
  “In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, let my body be a living oblation and sacrifice before the Altar. I declare that every force in my body that I have misused is completely sublimated. I declare sublimation in which is no darkness. I declare that Light will completely renew my body and revitalize and quicken all my vital centers. I am the high priest/priestess of my temple. Depart from me all ye forces that seek to disturb the harmony of my life. I drop a curtain of Light between me and thee. In the name of Love, it is finished.”
  The Breath of God moves through me, vitalizes my body, fills me with life, cleanses and purifies me.”
  For your body, say: “I AM loves you with the Love of God for God, now and always! I AM loves you, chest, bronchioles, nasal passages, sinuses, midbrain, medulla, hands, etc., with the Love of God for God, now and always!”
  “I function perfectly through pineal, pituitary and thyroid.” “Name functions perfectly through pineal, pituitary and thyroid.”
  “I now live above my body, and it is forever the servant of my soul!”
  “Let a pure shaft of Shekinah Glory from the Source of the Voice, whence it comes for each Elect of God on earth, be divinely combined and blended as Color, Tone and Number as it enters the Oversoul Star, instantly to become a spiritualized chemical substance to fill Name’s body, instantly inflating each atom with this new spiritual combination of physical chemicals to melt, dissolve and absorb every unlikeness to God’s original image, causing a complete, miraculous physical healing for Name, and let this process continue until Name’s last limitation is completely changed into wholeness and perfection. This is good and very good. Let there be Light.”
  “God possesses this body, which has become His instrument. God’s Light possesses me.”
  “I am the Servant of all Thy Power, oh God. Use me as Thy Servant and let all Thy Power fill my body, cleansing, purifying, melting, dissolving and absorbing every cell into Thine own perfect image and likeness. Thank You, Father. You always say yes!”
  “Here is my body: Arrange it, lift it, fill it, hold it, and heal it while I am conscious with thee, Father” is how to achieve consciousness on three levels at once!
  “The wings of the Almighty Mother of Love now o’ershadow me as my full protection from the whole world. The arms of the Almighty Father of all Wisdom now uphold me forever and ever. The Power of the Almighty God of all Life now moves through me from above. The Light of the Almighty, which is the Life of all Creation, now fills me, and my body is that Life now. I have now become the Law of Rejoicing and it is operating in my life from the outer to the inner, recreating my body, mind, heart and soul into a new age pattern in the image and likeness of my Father, the One God. I rejoice and am glad.”
  “In the name of the Lord Jesus the Christ, let this body be filled with Light, Glory and Power.”
  For weight loss: See the white Light of Christ entering every fat cell, melting, dissolving and absorbing it. See a slim figure, and thank the Father for it. In the morning say, “Name, move with your body, which is slender, graceful, perfect.” Oversoul absorbs every cell that does not conform to a perfect figure.
  “I am exercising and am watching my diet. With every call to God you call I AM upon you as doing it. You do not claim to possess Christed I AM consciousness or a virtue, but just say, “I am doing this.” You must be selfless about it.
  Treatment for Transfiguration: “Let my New Age sheath come forth. Let my whole desire body now move forth into visibility with the strength of God possessing it every moment and for every need and to function in all perfection and in all beauty. Let this transfiguration speedily come to pass. I walk in a transfigured body now. Let the transfiguration be finished, completed and fulfilled now, as of this moment.” Use this treatment for others, naming them.
  To aid in relieving the body of fever or inflammatory disease, ask, “Does the Father want anything done now for the next step of renewed body building?” Use this statement: “Thank You, Father! Hosanna! Hallelujah! I have found me out substance!”
  To treat for pain or physical fatigue, endure and declare to your body, “You are being lifted above everything of earth.”
  Declare that Light purifies your body and that the life forces move in. “The Breath of God vitalizes my body, fills me with life, cleanses and purifies me.”
  Reach up and declare that you walk in a transfigured body now. Every time you hurt, say, “Let this transfiguration be finished, completed and fulfilled now.” Declare this silently for others, naming them.
  Declare for your body: “I AM loves you as a miracle now.”
  “I have made up my mind that I am using only God-strength, God-Power, God-Love, God-Glory. I am an overflowing chalice of Love Light, even as a lake overflows, being fed and filled from above, giving from God’s River of Life, ever holding my channels free of weeds. I hold myself free of the obstacles of self.”
  To treat one who is indulging in self-will, ask that etheric currents mop it up. Declare: “Let joy and love flow through him.”
  Move up in consciousness and raise your hands before you say, “Father, here I am! Move in and possess me! Let me be filled with Light, which is Thy Power and Glory!” I’m reaching for the stars.”
  “I walk in purity and sincerity. I walk in virtue, chasteness, holiness and spotlessness. I walk in honesty, faultlessness, integrity and guilelessness. I walk in uprightness, innocence, truth and stainlessness. I walk in genuineness, beauty and in fineness, cleanness, clearness, correctness, immaculateness. Master, you fill the atoms of my life with atomic energy. Master, you are my Glory, you are my Light. You are the source of my life.”
  “Father, here I am. Hold me high. Keep me conscious of Thee every minute. Fill me, use me, lift me. Let me be an instrument to release the Power of Love into the world.
  “Let the Power go forth day and night to raise darkness from this planet. Evil shall be consumed.”
  “Father, Thy victorious Spirit is strong in me. Through Thee, I am the master of my life and affairs. I am Love. I am Wisdom. I am Joy”
  “I am well with God’s health. I am strong with God’s strength. I am calm with God’s peace. I am glad with God’s joy. I am rich with God’s wealth. The life in me is God in me, and makes me perfectly well. I have within myself the answer to my problem. The order and harmony of the Christ-consciousness, established in me throughout all eternity, is now expressing itself as perfect health, happiness, peace, abundance, strength, confidence, faith. It is my Father’s good pleasure to give me the kingdom.”
  “I let my Light so shine that everything of earth shall be under the perfect control of the Father and His Agents. I let God rule, control and conquer as me.”
  “Now, Father, through me as a carrier of the Holy Ghost, let darkness and disease be disintegrated and changed into Light!” (Repeat three times.) This is like being touched with the sword on the shoulders as were the knights of old.
  “I am becoming as perfect as my Father in heaven is perfect. I am making the grade.”
  “I live, move and have my being as God would have me. This moment I am consecrated and I am alive in God!”
