Recharging Your Oversoul Star

God gave each living soul the form of a star in the beginning. The Oversoul star is the great energy storehouse that duplicates the embodied soul's variable capacity for radiance. Energy oozes away from your physical body and aura of lights and color when you overly indulge self's appetites or pamper the self with idleness. Beyond a point, rest debilitates because the overall vibration drops too low on forms of escapism, such as depression.

Each embodied soul must learn to coordinate the outflow of physical energy with the inflow from the star's potential, holding them in balance. Soul conquering of the self consists of this. Each level of initiation requires that you mesh your physical, mental, emotional, and soul gears to hold your spiritual contact with the Source through your star. To do so, you must be rigorous with self on taints such as apathy and lukewarmness.

Further, you must hold fast to your balance-point of poise between Love and Wisdom to coordinate your desires and will with God's so His Mind and Power can use you. Sometimes appetitive desires lead you into an excess of activity that depletes the atomic body until the effect of Light-as-power using your body is detrimental. Weakness can result, or you experience a recurrence of limitations you thought were long-since conquered.

Regularly recharging the star is one of the most important exercises to impose on the self because it keeps the door of your crown open, the nerve plexus centers, vital centers, lotus centers, and the Oversoul star all exactly aligned and attached to the soul's silver cord. When misaligned, these centers can cause migraines, and confusion.

For example, under stress, the God's Light-as-power causes the creative centers in the golden bowl to become confused. To counteract this, to recharge your Oversoul star, reach for the stars and use Edna Lister’s rag doll exercise.
